Prospect Hill Neighborhood is located west of downtown Bloomington. The neighborhood includes the area west of Morton Street from West Kirkwood south to Second Street and east of Patterson Drive (see map). Prospect Hill consists of owner-occupied and rented single family homes, plexes, small apartment buildings, large apartment buildings and commercial businesses. Amenities include Building Trades Park, Rose Hill Cemetery, and walkability and cycle routes to downtown, grocery stores, and commercial hubs. Fourth & Rogers Neighborhood Block Party The 3rd Annual Fourth and Rogers Block Party is back to celebrate the neighborhood! The Block Party includes new Gallery Walk art exhibits at Pictura Gallery/FAR Center for Contemporary Arts, I Fell, and Rainbow Bakery. West 4th Street will be closed for a block on either side of Rogers Street with plentiful art, food, music, and fun for all ages.
