  • ​A Small and Simple Grant from the City of Bloomington HAND Department allowed Prospect Hill to create these sign toppers to identify our neighborhood - no matter what street you entered from. Both McDoel Gardens neighborhood and Green Acres Neighborhood on the east side have followed our lead and created their own sign toppers for their neighborhoods.
